I would have to say my favorite movement would be a Clean but I also love me some snatches. I know this may put me on the crazy spectrum but me and the Assault Bike have a GREAT relationship.

About Coach

I have always been involved in sports on some level. I have played baseball, football, softball, cheerleading, and golf. I continue to push myself to improve in all avenues of athleticism. Once I joined CrossFit I instantly fell in love. Being around like-minded athletes encourages me to push past personal limitations. After the very first workout, I was hooked. Now I try to bring that same love for the sport and passion to others. I love energy, I try to bring high energy and enthusiasm to all my classes.

Turning Point

In the beginning, my biggest enemy was “self”. Even though I loved CrossFit, I often thought that I was not good enough, not strong enough, or fast enough, all of the self-doubts that could exist, I experienced. But once I truly got involved in the “community” of CrossFit all of that changed. Through the relationships built at Crossfit and the love of GOD, I was able to see past those limitations.

Motivation & Passion

I love coaching. I enjoy getting to know everyone as a person first and as an athlete second. My goal is for every athlete to not only improve but to have fun while doing so. Working out shouldn’t cause stress, it should relieve it. Through high energy, positivity, and general love for people, my goal is for all my athletes to experience growth. I love watching everyone becoming the absolute best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
