From an early age, I have always enjoyed being active and enjoyed doing PE, Presidential Fitness Program, and field days. Although I did not participate in organized sports, I stayed active by walking, rollerblading, and bike riding. As I got older, I realized how important staying active is for your health. Eventually, I wanted more and joined the gym. I enjoyed weight lifting, various cardio, and stretching, which led me to CrossFit.
Throughout my training and certifications, I have realized how important staying moving is through exercise while staying injury free. That’s why proper form and execution are so important whether you are young or old, and new or experienced.
